Choices Architect® Online Surveys can be administered electronically via Lominger’s Global Survey Center. Cost-effective Online Surveys feature easy-to-read and interpret reports, rater confidentiality and a user-friendly format.

Choices Architect® Online Surveys help:

  • Learners by providing a snapshot of how their behaviors are perceived by others and giving them feedback they can use to further their development
  • Organizations compare individuals in terms of learning agility and incorporate learning agility results into succession planning efforts

A user-friendly format

Choices Architect® Online Surveys have two primary uses:

  • eChoices™ Online Surveys for Development—include a self-rating as well as multi-rater feedback; raters provide feedback for 27 Dimensions of learning agility
  • eChoices™ Online Surveys for Succession Planning—can be used without a self-rating; organizations can choose from two scales and from a long or short version of the report
